Officer Cooper will be celebrating his one-year anniversary of being a Rhode Island state trooper. Outside of this role, he supports the Community Healing Project, a nonprofit that life coaching, vocational training, and support groups to community members struggling with addiction. He actively participates as an advocate to spread awareness of the Community Healing Project and those affected by addiction.
