Caleb Lacey was nominated by Lucas Lacey of Family First Life.
Lieutenant Lacey is a dedicated member of the Special Olympics of Texas. He serves on the regional board and also participates as a "torch runner." To be a torch runner is to be a law enforcement advocate. He will be participating in the upcoming world winter games in Italy as a torch runner. He has, and will continue to be, a judge for the Special Olympic events. He has dedicated time and effort to the organization by setting up local fundraisers and improving the community's knowledge around Special Olympics.
