Beyond her career in emergency response, Mrs. Bernadyn is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. She combines her fitness expertise with a comprehensive understanding of nutrition and the human body, helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals while advocating for preventative medicine. As a group fitness coach, Mrs. Bernadyn leads dynamic and engaging sessions, inspiring participants to push their limits and embrace a healthier lifestyle.

When not on duty or coaching, Mrs. Bernadyn showcases her athleticism as a Women's Professional Football player in the American Women's Football League. She loves football because it helps her develop strength, skill, and teamwork.
Currently, Mrs. Bernadyn is expanding her knowledge and skills by taking classes at a local college to further her education in emergency medicine, opening new avenues for personal and professional growth. This commitment to lifelong learning reflects her drive to continuously improve and contribute even more to helping others.
Despite her busy schedule, Mrs. Bernadyn still finds time for the activities she loves, such as taking walks with her husband, Tyler, and their dogs, Athena and Louie, or enjoying outings with friends on the golf course or soccer field. However, what Mrs. Bernadyn cherishes most is spending time with her 2-year-old niece, Brynnley, teaching her that she can achieve anything she sets her mind to with self-belief.
