Caleb is involved in many aspects of the operations of the fire service. He always gives of himself in a selfless manner to all that he serves with. He is instrumental in training rising firefighters and providing leadership, no matter what level of experience you may have. He elevates all who are around him in a positive manner and promotes nothing but the best in their abilities. His wealth of knowledge in all disciplines of being a First Responder is a benefit to all involved, resulting in very smooth operations in very chaotic situations. He has taken it upon himself to take his expertise and lead others in disaster areas to help restore normalcy and lift others going through the experience of extremely devastating events. His acts of humanity go far beyond his local communities as he has provided care and relief to those affected by hurricanes in Texas and North Carolina. He does this without fanfare, utilizing his own financial resources and time away from career and family.
