Sergeant Lockhart is the behavioral threat assessment key contact for Palm Beach County School District (PBCSD) and all Palm Beach County law enforcement agencies. She coordinates multi-agency responses for any threat associated with the district. Day or night, she responds immediately upon notification. She works with the FBI, PBCSD, and municipal agencies such as the DCF (Department of Children and Families) to resolve multiple level threats.
